	I have read and agree to the following terms of the foster application. (State yes or no):	I, , understand that fostering is an important, temporary way to help homeless pets get shelter, food, water and socialization while a permanent home is found. I desire to foster a pet that Animal Advocates of the US (“AAOFUS”) has in its possession for the reason given in this application. I acknowledge that AAOFUS has the sole right to the possession or ownership of the foster and I am fostering with their permission. I agree to immediately return the foster upon AAOFUS' request, and that AAOFUS can request the foster pt back at their sole discretion. I am aware that, (1) I am under obligation to provide fresh food, adequate shelter and water for my foster every day, (2) I will endeavor to play and provide appropriate training of the foster to help the pet gain trust, social skills and have a humane experience while in my care, and (3) I understand that if my foster needs medical attention I am under the obligation to immediately contact AAOFUS. As a foster parent of AAOFUS I am aware that it is my duty to respond to any inquiries about the foster in my care. I acknowledge that at any time I may want to refuse the care of this particular foster I must immediately contact AAOFUS and return the rescue to their care and no one else unless directed by AAOFUS. I am aware that at any time I may want to keep my foster as a forever pet I must contact AAOFUS and complete an application for their review and approval. Unless waived by AAOFUS, I am also aware that an adoption fee still applies if I choose to adopt my foster pet.
